You will lead cross-functional teams, align with strategy, and advocate for data-driven, innovative campaigns.

In this role you will design integrated campaigns across digital, print, live events, and social, while owning forecasting, pipeline health, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of media sales experience in DC and public affairs.
• Extensive senior client and agency relationships within DC.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and growing revenue.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Strong presentation and in-person sales skills.
• Deep knowledge of the digital media market and industry trends.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead The Post’s public/corporate affairs advertising strategy and relationships.
• Build and scale agency spend across client teams.
• Represent The Washington Post at client meetings and industry events.
• Design and sell integrated campaigns across digital, print, live events, and social.
• Forecast, report on pipeline and performance with accountability.
