Job summary

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant contracting experience, strong data entry skills, and excellent verbal/written communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with two years of contracting experience.
  • Experience with data entry and data review using computer systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management for paperwork and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates implementation of a high volume of contracts for the provision of social, therapeutic, and behavioral health services.
  • Performs research, evaluation, and analysis for monitoring vendor performance for contract compliance.
  • Develops and implements contracting policies and procedures; recommends improvements to existing policy/procedure.
  • May serve as lead staff and provide training to assigned staff, external providers, and interdepartmental stakeholders.
  • Monitors and audits provider contractual compliance.
