Qualifications

• Experience with contract development, negotiation, and procurement processes in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate contracting processes in compliance with State Code and DOAS regulations.
• Provide guidance in development, negotiation, and evaluation of contracts.
• Review and approve routing of contracts, amendments, and renewals for Direct Services, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Interview, hire, direct, train, evaluate, and, if needed, discipline staff.
• Audit contractual requirements and payments to ensure compliance.
