Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3–5 years in Controller/SEC Reporting leadership at a public company.
• Experience preparing/form reviewing Forms 10-K/10-Q; SOX 404 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP.
• Oversee Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K with outside counsel and audit team.
• Manage SOX 404 internal controls and annual walkthroughs.
• Support external auditors and audit committees with policy and controls.
