Job summary

GrabAGun is seeking a Corporate Controller to own the integrity of financial reporting, lead external audits, and strengthen internal controls. This on-site role in Farmers Branch, TX, requires 8–10+ years in accounting with direct IPO/SEC experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3–5 years in controller/SEC leadership roles.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-K/10-Q and managing SOX 404.
• Strong GAAP knowledge for retail/e-commerce and B2B
• Experience with ERP systems and close automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close with consolidated statements per US GAAP.
• Lead SEC reporting, including Form 10-K/10-Q and 8-K coordination.
• Maintain SOX controls framework and annual testing cycle.
• Manage external audit relationships and provide audit readiness.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff; own policy manuals and delegation framework.
• Partner with FP&A and Treasury on forecasting, liquidity, and capex.
