The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid grasp of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and experience at a comparable law firm or on teams managing public company representations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in corporate and securities matters.
• Experience advising public companies on governance and capital markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comparable law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate and securities matters for public company clients.
• Support governance, capital markets financings, and external counsel engagements.
• Collaborate within a national securities practice serving as outside counsel to many clients.
