Qualifications

• At least 4 years in budgeting, fiscal administration, financial analysis, or governmental accounting.
• At least 2 years supervising staff or leading fiscal operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fiscal operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting.
• Assign and monitor staff workload for timely fiscal activities.
• Provide training and performance feedback to fiscal staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing fiscal procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare budget development, forecasting, and variance analyses.
