Maryland State Retirement and Pension Systems in Baltimore's Central Business District is seeking a Budget Analyst (Accountant Advanced) to provide professional budget analysis and fiscal oversight for the agency's operating appropriation. The role monitors expenditures, prepares projections, and ensures compliance with approved budgets and applicable laws.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with three credit hours in auditing.
Three years of experience examining, analyzing, and interpreting accounting systems, records, and reports.
One year of accounting experience preparing, monitoring, or overseeing a budget.
Experience with FMIS.
Experience analyzing budget-to-actual expenditures and preparing expenditure projections.
Intermediate or above MS Excel proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.
