Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services seeks a Systems and Benefits Coordinator to serve as the REACH program’s public benefits expert in Seattle. You will guide staff, provide training on entitlements, and help clients enroll and maintain benefits while coordinating with partners to reduce barriers and improve access.

The role emphasizes harm-reduction, client-centered care, and advocacy for equitable systems with strong documentation, collaboration, and cross-team support across REACH services.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum experience providing outreach to people who use drugs and are living unsheltered.
• Demonstrated understanding of addiction and harm reduction practices required.
• Experience providing case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help ETS succeed in carrying out our mission through working together with other staff to transform systems of harm and inequity to create different approaches to improving community health and safety through addressing substance use and homelessness.
• Assist with the organization-wide initiative to reimagine our interconnectedness within our community to overcome the aspects of our society and organizational culture shaped by white supremacy and settler colonialism.
