Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking a Systems and Benefits Coordinator in the Seattle area. The role operates 8 am to 5 pm and offers a salary range of 82,500 to 96,500 USD per year.

Starting pay is near the base of the range, with potential bonuses for bilingual proficiency or advanced credentials. The REACH program focuses on providing comprehensive benefits access, housing resources, and coordinated services for people experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; lived experience may substitute for some education.
• Experience providing outreach to people who use drugs and experiencing homelessness is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as REACH SME on public benefits and provide training to staff.
• Collaborate with partners to improve benefits access and reduce inequities.
• Provide client-centered, field-based support and care coordination.
