Responsibilities

• Supervises public assistance eligibility staff and ensures unit responsibilities are processed accurately and timely.
• Plans and prioritizes workload and work-flow to meet performance targets.
• Reviews case records and ensures adherence to Quality Management System Plan and procedures.
• Provides training and technical assistance to staff to improve performance.
• Keeps staff informed through conferences, meetings, and performance reviews.
