Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compute and determine financial assistance amounts for Public Assistance, Food Stamps, and Medicaid.
• Verify case information by contacting sources and using the WMS system.
• Authorize budget changes and issue payments with proper documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly activity records and reports.
• Interview clients to determine initial and full eligibility.
• Manage a caseload of up to 50 cases per week.
• Process emergency housing assistance to prevent eviction.
