Job summary

Conduent is seeking an Eligibility County Coordinator in Hamilton, NJ offering a hybrid schedule. You will process NJ Family Care eligibility and refer Medicaid-eligible cases to DMAHS, updating records in web-based systems and communicating with beneficiaries and county offices.

A High School Diploma is required, with Associate degree preferred, and 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience recommended.
• Experience processing detailed information and following procedures.
• Public assistance or eligibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review eligibility applications for NJ Family Care accuracy.
• Determine eligibility using established policies and systems.
• Enter and update eligibility data in web-based systems.
• Refer potentially Medicaid-eligible beneficiaries to DMAHS for review.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with beneficiaries and county offices.
• Maintain confidentiality and work with multiple databases.
