Job summary

This customer service role supports individuals and families, guides them through self-service options, reviews information, and processes eligibility-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist customers in person, help upload documents, issue EBT cards per policy, and maintain accurate data while upholding standards for attendance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in a direct contact, customer service environment.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks; employment contingent on process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a fast-paced face-to-face setting while reviewing and entering information in computer systems.
• Determine steps to follow in standard work to place customers in the workflow or provide assistance that resolves inquiries.
• Provide assistance, guidance, and instruction to customers on use of self-service options.
• Work under adverse conditions in a fast-paced environment with irate or hostile customers.
• Provide case status updates to customers and assist with uploading documents to their online account.
