Job summary

The Arizona Department of Economic Security is seeking a Customer Service Representative 3 to join our team on site in Arizona. You will interpret policies, assist customers in Nutrition Assistance, TANF, MA, and other programs, and provide case status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a direct customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to interpret policy and explain program requirements.
• Strong data entry and computer systems skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face setting.
• Determine steps to resolve inquiries and place customers in the workflow.
• Educate customers on self-service options.
• Provide case status updates and process document uploads.
• Conduct eligibility-related functions including research and policy review.
• Issue EBT cards following established procedures.
