Job summary

Primary location is Fort Lupton with standard business hours, and up to 10 days of telework per month after training, contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of full-time office experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to keyboard 35 wpm preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and hands-on training for public assistance programs such as Medicaid and SNAP.
• Learn to use eligibility systems and tools such as CBMS and PEAK.
• Assist with reviewing applications and renewal packets for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter client information into county/state systems and maintain logs/reports.
• Provide professional customer service and explain the application process to clients.
