The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a CONTACT CENTER INTERVIEWING CLERK for Miami/Largo/Tampa. This full-time role involves handling government assistance eligibility in a busy contact center, primarily via phone, with data entry and multiple systems.

Two years of clerical or public-facing experience and a paid training program are required. Bilingual Spanish/English or Creole/English speakers are preferred. The position is based in Florida with no telework.

Qualifications

• Two years of clerical or public contact experience.
• Ability to attend a two to four-week mandatory paid training course.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English or Creole/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clerical services in a contact center for government assistance eligibility.
• Handle phone interactions with customers and operate multiple computer systems.
• Explain eligibility and determine expedited SNAP eligibility; enter data into database.
