Job summary

Renascent Loveland LLC is hiring a full-time Houseman to support the housekeeping department and maintain the appearance of public areas throughout the property. You will assist room attendants, deliver guest requests, and ensure hotel standards are met, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, restocking supplies, handling guest requests, and reporting safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Public Area Maintenance experience or exposure preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces).
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies; transport soiled linens to laundry.
• Assist room attendants with stripping rooms and trash removal.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly service.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Support seasonal property needs and exterior upkeep.
