Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is hiring a Houseman to support housekeeping operations across our properties. You will assist room attendants, deliver linens and supplies, and help maintain cleanliness in corridors and public areas to meet guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Significant walking, bending, kneeling and standing.
• Able to lift and push/pull approximately 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants on assigned floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver linen and supplies to room attendants.
• Shampoos carpets, strips and waxes floors throughout the hotel.
• Clean lobby, public restrooms, public areas and back of house areas.
• Collect trash throughout the hotel and from carts and service areas.
• Respond to guest requests for housekeeping supplies promptly.
• Inspect public areas and report issues to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
