Job summary

Prospera Management Inc. is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel public spaces including lobby, restrooms, outside area, and corridors.

You will assist room attendants by delivering supplies and linens, restock lobby amenities, and ensure guest areas meet high standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of progressive hotel housekeeping experience, be at least 18 years old, and able to perform physically demanding duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more progressive experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobby, restrooms, outside area and corridors.
• Assist room attendants by delivering supplies and linens to guest rooms.
• Restock lobby amenities and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Attend department meetings and support weekend/holiday operations.
