Job summary

Residence Inn Greenville hotel is seeking a detail oriented Houseperson to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our common areas and corridors, contributing to exceptional guest experiences in a fun, team-oriented environment.

You will support housekeeping operations, respond to guest requests, and assist with event space setup, trash management, and minor maintenance tasks while upholding our standards and values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Houseperson or Room Attendant in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Must be able to work independently while meeting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all common areas, lobbies, corridors, and public spaces.
• Assist housekeeping with guest requests and inventory of towels, linens, and amenities.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces, arrange furniture and equipment as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas and maintain overall cleanliness.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in common areas and assist with minor tasks.
• Provide courteous guest service and information when required.
