Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to help maintain clean and welcoming public areas across the property. The role supports the housekeeping team by delivering linens and supplies and assisting guests with requests in a courteous, proactive manner.

Ideal candidates will be able to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy carts, and work varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Benefits and safety procedures are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for guest and co-worker interactions.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and push heavy carts.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms).
• Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff.
• Assist with guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Restock carts and storage with supplies for the team.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks.
