Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Houseperson to assist in our Housekeeping Department. The role involves maintaining cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces and restrooms, and assisting with linens, towels and guest supplies.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and restrooms.
• Deliver linens, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning materials to housekeeping staff.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with friendly, professional service.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and public spaces as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory and storage organization for housekeeping supplies.
• Support special cleaning projects and property upkeep as assigned.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
