Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous manner.
• Inspect areas and perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Collect and dispose of trash from service areas to outside dumpsters.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport clean linen to assigned sections.
• Deliver clean linen to rooms and areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Work as a room attendant during shortages or peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and brand standards.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures.
