Role Overview

The cleanliness of our hotel is crucial for guest retention and recommendation. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in this. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join as Lobby Attendants, creating memorable experiences through maintaining public spaces and assisting room attendants. This role is central to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our hotel.

Your Responsibilities

1. Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards.
3. Walk assigned floors to collect bags, trash, and linen at the start and end of shifts.
4. Refill linen supplies in floor pantries.
5. Ensure all public areas, including bathrooms and hallways, are clean.
6. Assist with heavy cleaning tasks when needed.
7. Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning public areas.
8. Remove soiled linen and trash appropriately.
9. Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina for extended standing, bending, and movement.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
