Overview

Maintaining cleanliness is crucial for guest satisfaction and repeat business. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in daily hotel operations. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join as Lobby Attendants. The ideal candidate will create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and caring for public spaces, assisting room attendants as needed. This position is central to guest comfort and satisfaction, transforming a good stay into an outstanding one.

Your Role
  1. Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
  2. Work as part of a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
  3. Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of shifts to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
  4. Pickup clean linen and refill stock on each floor pantry.
  5. Ensure all public areas, including bathrooms, lounges, and hallways, are clean.
  6. Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
  7. Clean all public areas following department procedures.
  8. Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose of properly.
  9. Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
