Outbound Sedona is seeking a Public Area & Pool Attendant to maintain the hotel’s indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring cleanliness and guest-ready presentation throughout day and evening shifts. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all indoor public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, public restrooms, fitness centers, meeting spaces, and guest common areas.
• Clean and maintain outdoor public areas including pool decks, patios, walkways, courtyards, recreation areas, and hotel grounds.
• Set up, arrange, clean, and inspect pool furniture, cabanas, umbrellas, tables, and guest seating areas.
• Replenish pool towels, restroom supplies, and guest amenities throughout the shift.
• Remove trash, debris, leaves, and other waste from indoor and outdoor public spaces.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and public restrooms per standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for pool and recreational areas.
• Support hotel events and functions by assisting with room setups and maintaining public spaces during events.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all public areas remain guest-ready.

We are looking for an individual who can work a mid day through the evening shift. If you are interested in either Full Time or Part Time and want to join an amazing team, The Public Area & Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of both indoor and outdoor public areas throughout the hotel. This position ensures that guest-facing spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, corridors, meeting spaces, pool areas, patios, and recreational facilities, are clean, organized, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards. The attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and exceptional guest experience.
