Job summary

BEST WESTERN PLUS PROVO in Provo, UT is seeking a dependable public spaces attendant to clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, meeting areas and other shared spaces.

You will follow established cleaning procedures, follow safety guidelines, restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and respond to guest requests with professionalism. This role may require mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related cleaning roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other shared spaces.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces as needed.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and other shared areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or needed repairs promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Respond to guest or team member requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Support special cleaning projects and seasonal deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or public area cleaning is preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Additional Information
