A Public Area Attendant is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas, ensuring they meet luxury standards expected at a Forbes 5-Star property. Responsibilities include cleaning, upkeep, and detailing of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces, responding to guest requests, assisting with special projects, and ensuring all areas are meticulously maintained. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence are essential to uphold our reputation for personalized service and guest experience.


What will I be doing?

You will maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of all public and back-of-house areas, ensuring they reflect our luxury standards. Your role is crucial in creating an inviting, pristine environment for guests and staff, contributing to an exceptional luxury atmosphere.

Specifically, you will:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms, ensuring they are spotless and well-presented.
  • Maintain back-of-house areas, including staff corridors and offices, to support a professional work environment.
  • Ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures are cleaned, polished, and maintained to luxury standards.
  • Inspect areas regularly to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues proactively.
  • Respond promptly to guest and management requests regarding public area upkeep.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment carefully, ensuring proper use and storage per safety protocols.
  • Uphold the hotel’s commitment to excellence by maintaining a polished and well-kept environment throughout the property.

The pay rate ranges from $29.15 to $38.87, based on experience.
