The hotel features 375 rooms, 375 private residences, 40,000 sq ft of event space, a holistic spa and wellness program, and a celebrity chef partnership. Role Overview: A Public Area Attendant maintains the cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas, ensuring they meet the luxury standards expected at a Forbes 5-Star property. Responsibilities include thorough cleaning, upkeep, and detailing of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces to create a pristine environment. The role involves responding to guest requests, assisting with special projects, and ensuring all areas are meticulously cared for. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence are vital to uphold the hotel’s reputation for personalized service and guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and other high-traffic spaces.
  • Maintain back-of-house areas, including staff corridors, offices, and facilities.
  • Ensure surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures are cleaned, polished, and maintained to high standards.
  • Inspect areas regularly to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to guest and management requests regarding public area upkeep.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care, following safety protocols.
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards by maintaining a polished and well-kept environment.

The pay rate ranges from $29.15 to $38.87, based on experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
  • Experience in luxury hotels or similar environments preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
