What Will I Be Doing?

As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine and serene environment of our spa and fitness centers, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. With a commitment to achieving Forbes 5-Star standards, you will provide anticipatory and personalized service, ensuring that every detail contributes to an elevated wellness experience.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, relaxation lounges, and workout facilities.
  • Ensure that all towels, robes, and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard.
  • Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere, upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world-class spa and fitness facilities.
  • Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly.
  • Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations, assisting in setup and restocking as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness.
  • Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

The rate of pay for this role is $29.15- $38.87 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
