Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to keep public areas immaculate and welcoming for guests. You will greet visitors, maintain lobby and mezzanine cleanliness, and ensure locker rooms and fitness areas meet standards of the premier luxury property.

Role is full-time and hourly, with a competitive hourly wage of $18.06. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and access to employee programs.

What you will be doing

Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining their cleanliness and appearance.

Warmly greet guests while in public areas.

Maintain the cleanliness of the mezzanine, front desk area, and lobby.

Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center and pool area.

Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.

Position Requirements

Possess physical stamina to move throughout the building daily

Properly use all cleaning equipment and materials

Comprehension of English language preferred

Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment.
