Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts' The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to join our team. You will greet guests, keep public zones and lobby clean, and support the fitness center and locker rooms in a luxury setting.

This full-time, hourly role pays $18.06 per hour. Candidates should have physical stamina, know how to use cleaning equipment, and some English comprehension. Union membership after 90 days is available under Local 122.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to move throughout the building daily.
• Properly use all cleaning equipment and materials.
• English comprehension preferred for guest interactions.
• Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement with option to join after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining cleanliness and appearance.
• Warmly greet guests in public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of mezzanine, front desk, and lobby.
• Keep fitness center and pool area clean and stocked.
• Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as a steward of public areas, maintaining their cleanliness and appearance.
• Warmly greet guests while in public areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the mezzanine, front desk area, and lobby.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center and pool area.
• Ensure locker rooms are stocked and clean.

Position Requirements

• Possess physical stamina to move throughout the building daily
• Properly use all cleaning equipment and materials
• Comprehension of English language preferred
• Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment.
