Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Public Area Attendant to help maintain the resort’s lobby, waterpark, corridors, and guest areas. The role emphasizes cleaning, safety, and guest service, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts.

The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, complete a background check, and perform duties with limited supervision. This role supports the team in delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas including floors, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Keep elevator areas free of debris and empty waste receptacles.
• Read and follow SDS for chemicals and use as directed.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas promptly.
• Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally and courteously.
• Deliver items to guestrooms and return them to storage.
• Assist with guestroom cleaning when required.
