Cloudland at McLemore Resort in Rising Fawn, GA is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain lobby and public spaces in a clean, orderly condition. No formal experience required; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

The role involves dusting, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and assisting guests with requests to ensure a pleasant stay. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, maintaining equipment, and reporting any issues to management.

• Ability to lift, bend, stand for long periods and move items as needed.

Responsabilités

• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and surfaces in lobby and public areas.
• Vacuum upholstery, drapery and carpeting; clean hallways and restrooms.
• Stock supplies, report maintenance issues, and assist guests with requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of glass, metal surfaces and public elevators.

If you’re someone who notices the little things and strives to make a lasting impact, you’ll thrive here.Please visit http://www.valorhospitality.com to learn more about our existing hotels, other exciting job opportunities and our company.POSITION PROFILEMaintain lobby and public space areas, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIESDust and polish furniture, fixtures and window framesVacuum upholstery, drapery, and carpeting;Clean /maintain hallways and surrounding areas, public elevators (inside and outside), elevator landings and vending areaClean and shine all glass and metal surfaces.Empty all smoking materials from ash urns; remove trash to dumpster.Clean offices as assignedClean public restrooms and stock with supplies.Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies.Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems/complaints as they may arise to achieve customer satisfactionReport any missing articles, damage or mechanical problems to then Supervisor.Turn in all articles left in guest rooms to the Supervisor to log in Lost and FoundSecure and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.
