Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort is seeking a Public Space Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public areas, bathrooms, lobby, and back-of-house spaces according to resort standards. The PM shift runs typically 3:00–11:00 or 4:00–12:00 a.m., with holiday and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Adapts to high-pressure conditions and follows hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, and other work areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampoo machines.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Transport garbage to disposal area.
• Replenish common area bathroom supplies.

As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas, public bathrooms, lobby and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, pool and fitness center, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, and other work areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floors using brooms and mops.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner and shampoo machines.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Transport garbage and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish common area bathroom supplies.
