Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri is seeking a Public Space Attendant to maintain cleanliness of lobby and public areas, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests. This is a Full Time position with a PM shift, typically 3:00–11:00 or 4:00–12:00 a.m., with holidays and weekends required.

As a Public Space Attendant, you will clean public areas, bathrooms, and back-of-house spaces per company procedures and standards, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Must be able to follow Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, and other work areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and polish floors using brooms and mops.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies using vacuum and shampoo machines.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, doors and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Transport garbage and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish common area bathroom supplies.

As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas, public bathrooms, lobby and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms, pool and fitness center, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
