A leading resort operator in Montana is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces at the resort. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring guest-ready restrooms, and providing warm interactions with visitors. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Full-time, seasonal employment includes perks such as a free bike pass, discounted activities, and team member housing eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
  • Friendly demeanor and clear communication skills when interacting with guests.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public spaces throughout resort buildings.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
  • Provide warm and helpful interactions when engaging with guests.
  • Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to your manager.
  • Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
  • Keep workspaces and cleaning equipment in good condition
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions

Overview

As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll help ensure our resort always looks its best by keeping public spaces in pristine condition. Whether vacuuming lobbies, spot‑cleaning windows, tidying restrooms, or handling deep cleans, your attention to detail makes a lasting impact.

You’ll work across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and often operate independently, making a strong work ethic and self‑motivation essential. This is a physically active role that requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a high standard of guest service.
