Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Health Club Attendant to help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming wellness space for guests. You will greet guests, check into the health club, maintain restrooms and fitness areas, and ensure pool areas are tidy and safe.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, opening/closing pools, following posted policies, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience. This is a full-time seasonal role with rotating shifts in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Punctual, self-starting and team‑or‑oriented.
• Eager to learn and grow within hospitality.
• Able to stand, walk and bend for an 8‑hour shift.
• Physically capable of lifting 30‑40 lbs independently; push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently with a daily checklist.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Ensure all guests sign into the health club and follow posted policies.
• Clean and stock restrooms, fitness areas, pool decks and storage spaces.
• Monitor the safe and respectful use of pool and fitness amenities.
• Open and close the pool by removing or replacing pool covers.
• Maintain pool and hot tub cleanliness; shovel snow and skim surfaces as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work culture; communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Report concerns to the manager on duty or security when needed.
• Uphold Big Sky Resort and Boyne USA policies and procedures.
• Be flexible with rotating shifts: 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
