Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, or strategy and operations.
• 8+ years in direct people management.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare compliance, with experience in PAA domains.
• Strong long-term strategic planning and resource allocation skills.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and build networks.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Operations: oversee strategy, business planning, budget allocation, and operational execution for multi-team functions.
• Executive Partnership: serve as the primary Ops Lead to the Sr. VP of Public Affairs and Access, collaborating with VPs and Head of Strategy, Impact & Ops.
• People & Team Leadership: manage both people managers and individual contributors, fostering inclusion, mentoring talent, and managing performance standards.
• Operational Continuity & HEOR Support: oversee process management, business continuity, and contracting support for HEOR.
• Change Management & Enterprise Strategy: lead cross-functional change initiatives and develop fit-for-purpose decision frameworks.
• Strategic Communications & Culture: execute multi-channel communication and engagement strategies to foster belonging and alignment with operating principles.
