Zusammenfassung

State of Alaska in Juneau/Anchorage/Fairbanks seeks a Communications & Media Relations Coordinator to enhance public outreach, manage digital content, and lead media relations for the DOT&PF Southcoast Region.

You will develop timely updates during crises, collaborate with local governments, tribal entities, and interagency partners, and craft messaging across platforms to inform Alaskans about roads, ferries, and coastal communities.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of production, communication and dissemination of information and ideas to inform and entertain via written, oral, visual media and social media.
• Keeps up-to-date on local, national, and international policies affecting the organization.
• Shows understanding and maintains effective relationships with others across diverse backgrounds.
