Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for executing global and domestic Public Affairs marketing campaigns around high-priority topics, with a specialized focus on AI. You will improve team communication, collaboration, and remove roadblocks by leveraging a range of organizational and collaboration skills to keep our partners on track. Successful candidates will have the ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, while also monitoring and responding to rapidly changing legislative and regulatory priorities. Analytical team players who can easily adapt to changing needs and priorities, and navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, asking clarifying questions, and driving decisions with incomplete information will thrive in this role.   4. Work in close partnership with the public policy, communications, product and creative teams to ensure all work is grounded in research and business proof points and makes real impact with key constituencies

  5. Implement holistic and data-driven programs and process with clear, measurable results, that work in close harmony with media relations and direct outreach

  6. In partnership with cross-functional counterparts, continually refine objectives, the audience, media, and creative strategy, and measurement approach for the work

  7. Define and implement the approach, strategy, and process to ensure that Meta shows up appropriately in relevant conversations. Build impactful relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact for the teams across policy, communications, marketing, creative, product, research, legal, and content strategy

  8. Manage campaigns to communicate our responsibility story and drive awareness

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years of experience in public affairs marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, or a related field

  2. Proven project management experience, with experience driving multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects through a robust review process while meeting rapid-response and accelerated deadlines

  3. Highly professional communication and presentation skills

  4. Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans

  5. Capacity to work effectively and swiftly with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  6. Proven experience prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively, with willingness to take the initiative and make things happen

  7. Ability to partner with central and local teams across global markets, while reflecting regional and market-specific nuances, collaborating asynchronously, and actively seeking feedback to tailor content to its intended audience

  8. Analytical, team player who can easily adapt to changing needs and priorities, while thriving in dynamic environments

  9. Context switch easily, especially between strategic, tactical and executional responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

  2. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

  3. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  4. Campaign management experience delivering high-impact campaigns in markets around the world, aimed at building trust with key constituencies

  5. Experience working in political campaigns either working directly for a candidate/on an issue, or at an agency or consultancy

Public Compensation:

$182,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
