Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans, messages, decks, and stakeholder materials.
• Advise on audience, tone, timing, and messaging alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate approvals across internal teams and government officials.
• Support high-visibility meetings with logistics and post-engagement follow-up.
• Review materials for accuracy, clarity, and DHS/CISA guidance.
• Support communications during emergent events.
