Job summary

D&G Solutions, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Public Relations Manager to support the DHS/CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division. The hybrid role will coordinate strategic communications, executive messaging, stakeholder outreach, and high-visibility engagement products to support national-level coordination and sector management objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans, executive correspondence, talking points, public messaging, briefing decks, outreach materials, summaries, and stakeholder-facing products.
• Advise on audience, message, tone, timing, communication risk, and alignment with mission and engagement objectives.
• Coordinate communication inputs and approvals across internal teams, external stakeholders, senior executives, and government officials.
• Support high-visibility meetings and engagements through registration, logistics, materials, onsite coordination, attendance tracking, and post-engagement communication.
• Review and quality-control products for accuracy, clarity, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with DHS/CISA guidance.
• Support accelerated communications and documentation during emergent events.

D&G is seeking a Public Relations Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). CISA leads national efforts to enhance security and resilience of the Nation’s critical infrastructure. Within CISA, the SED Sector Risk Management (SM) Sub-Division executes Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities for CISA-led sectors and supports CISA’s role as a National Coordinator for critical infrastructure and resilience. Leads strategic communications, executive messaging, stakeholder outreach, and high-visibility engagement products supporting national-level coordination and sector-management objectives.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

Required

• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience

Preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex or technical information clearly.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills, including developing professional presentations, infographics, graphics, and digital content with branding standards.
• Demonstrated ability to review and quality-control communication products for accuracy, consistency, tone, messaging, and visual standards.
• Experience coordinating communication approvals, workflows, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Clearance and Eligibility

• DHS Suitability required for the position.
• Must be a U.S. person(s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

• Hybrid with onsite requirement in Arlington, VA.
