D&G Solutions is seeking a Public Relations Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division. The role focuses on developing communications plans, executive messaging, and stakeholder-facing products for national-level coordination.

You will advise on audience and tone, coordinate inputs across teams and government officials, and help prepare materials for high-visibility engagements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public relations or communications.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement with government partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans, executive correspondence, talking points, public messaging, briefing decks, and stakeholder materials.
• Advise on audience, tone, timing, and messaging alignment with engagement objectives.
• Coordinate inputs and approvals across internal teams, external stakeholders, and government officials.
• Support high-visibility meetings, logistics, and post-engagement communications.
• Review materials for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, and compliance with guidance.
• Support communications during emergent events.
