Tilray Brands, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Human Resources for West Region Beer Operations based in Bend, OR. The role partners with brewery, manufacturing, supply chain, and hospitality leaders to drive people strategies across multiple sites, supporting both hourly and salaried staff.

You will lead employee and labor relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while ensuring safety and compliance across locations. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, CPG, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations with geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive business results through people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR partnerships with regional operations to drive performance.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and labor relations where applicable.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Partner with Legal and HR leadership on compliance and risk mitigation.
