McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville, OR is hiring an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to support pub operations and guest relations on a full-time, on-site basis.

The AAM will help run shifts, supervise staff, and ensure excellent service, including hosting, serving, and coordinating with the Pub Manager. Candidates should be 21+, with wine/spirits knowledge and flexibility for varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license.
• 21+ years old.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits is required.
• Available to work FT with flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all pub operations under the Pub Manager guidance.
• Oversee the smooth running of shifts and host duties.
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage sections for servers.
• Serve guests, take orders, deliver products, and cashier when needed.
• Train staff and handle administrative duties as assigned.
