• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and in other Pharmacy Department duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Assist with and coach technicians in pharmacy system operations and cash register operations when certified.
• Engage with customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolve issues.
• Support inventory management and processing of third-party claims and clerical tasks.
