Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting and measuring medications (preferred).
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems; train technicians if certified.
• Provide a distinctive customer experience and help patients with questions.
• Enter patient and drug information and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management and store operations as assigned.
• Handle calls and assist with clerical tasks and cash handling.
• Attend to external providers and coordinate with health care partners.
