Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescriptions, including counting and weighing.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems; assist cashiers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience to customers and patients.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Register all sales on the cash register and handle cash as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Pharmacy Department.
